You probably want a USB based external drive. Let’s look at one of these for reviews. Please excuse the silly US Dollar amounts. Cavalry “Pre-Formatted” CAUE37320 320GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache USB 2.0 External Hard Drive – $79.99http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822101022&CMP=AFC-C8Junction&ATT=17-814-004Good luck and Happy Computing!
Use Acronis True Image to back up your computer. It’s very good software package program for backing up your data ,it’s reliable and easy to use. You can store backups on your computer in Acronis Secure Zone and you don’t need then to burn them on many CD’s or you can burn them to the external hard drive.
As I know True Image costs $49.99 so you don’t need to spend much money.
