Can you prove me wrong about Kobe and LeBron?

I just saw a little question that completely ridiculed Kobe. Kobe is the closest thing to Jordan there is. I saw someone say he’s a poor-mans Jordan, but quite frankly, a poor mans jordan is better than a rich mans anything. How is Kobe not a winner? His teams may have been stacked, but Lebron had a team in Cleveland that was built around him. He has players that could defend rebound and shoot, while he could do whatever he wanted. Kobe has to make sure his team knows what they’re doing, and he even knows that he’s not a good leader if his team plays like shit when he’s not on the court, which is something that he exactly stated. Kobe doesn’t have to score to help his team.

Here’s the thing… Kobe is the most clutch player in the league right now, but may be he’s not the best option because of his ability to make shots and the predictability, but there’s no arguing the fact that Kobe is the best player in the league to take the last shot. Lebron is 1 for 8 in clutch moments for miami. Lebron can’t win without a stacked team either. Lebron cannot lead a team, which was shown when he couldn’t even make the playoffs without larry hughs.. Kobe made the playoffs in a much tougher conference with a worse team… When Lebron “led” his team to the finals, there was like one tough team in the eastern conference. Detroit was the only eastern conference team that was a serious contender. In that same year, Toronto was a 3rd seed. With the same team, except much better, Toronto was a 9th seed last year. When Lebron did lead his team to the finals, one of those games, Lebron had a terrible game and the cavs won because of daniel gibsons hot shooting. Now Last year, Lebron took his team to round 2. Who else can be blamed for this? You can blame his teammates lack of effort or whatever, but everyone knows lebron quit. LeBron can’t take a team to the finals anymore simply because there is more competition, and the team he had last year was 100 times better than the team he had when he did go to the finals. But he didn’t even make it to the conference finals. He couldn’t make it to the finals since then because there are now much better teams in the eastern conference. Miami basivally just replaced cleveland in the playoff race. LeBron couldn’t win with a team that had so much depth and size at center with shaq ilgauskus and varajao. He had the rebounds and defence, and he had shooters in mo williams and antawn jameson, who are both capable of getting at least 15 a night. When they joined the Cavs their stats dropped, with tru great players, like Steve Nash, they usually rise. With the Grizzlies, Pau was not even considered to be a top of the line big man, but now he’s considered the best.

Now in current times, here’s my main argument about LeBron. Kobe is 32 years old and LeBron is 26. LeBron is arguably the person who is most gifted athletically ever. When has there been a man with the strength of a 280 pound center and the speed of a very fast guard, which is literally true of lebron. These are not exagerations. He is literally a freak of nature. Kobe on the other hand is not a freak of nature athlete and he never was. He was athletic as hell, but no where near lebrons athleticism. so.. Why isn’t Lebron CLEARLY better than kobe yet? When Kobe was on top, there was no one else with him. He was THE best player at the time and no one argued it. LeBron has been in the league for a while… Kobe can post up, shoot, drive it in, pass and everything. LeBron isn’t even smart enough to start letting D Wade take game winning shots. Kobe does what it takes to win. Lebron goes for the flash more than the win. Kobe at 32 is still considered one of the top defensive players in the league. I don’t see what the debate is.. Kobe can win. Lebron can’t. Even when Gasol first came to the lakers, they flowed right away. Lebron and co took all season and they still aren’t truly at a championship level. I mean Lebron is a horrible passer as in, he only passes when he knows he’ll get an assist. He never passes to set people up in a good position to score or to make a play.

How would you build around Brandon Jennings of the milwaukee bucks?

Obviously the team leader of the bucks is Brandon Jennings, what kind of players, wyhat trades or signings would you make to make the milwaukee bucks a better or even a great team?

Can we now all call Spurs a top class European side?

No big money injection like Manchester City and Chelsea just old school training and going to basics and look how great they have become – I mean now I see many people online when playing FIFA 11 using Spurs a lot now.

I really believe in the next say 5-8 years they could win the league for sure – IF THEY build on the skill level of this current team!!! No doubt in my mind a very good team they have turned into!

Should Wizards build a team around Caron Butler?? Trade Gilbert??

Wizards these days guys are sharing the ball more and not just watch Gilbert. Teammates are sharing the ball more and getting more confidence about themselves. Gilbert will put up 30 shots a night and there is no team basketball. Build a team around Caron Butler. We need a real point guard making other teammates better!!! Other reason is his defense, he’s taking a lot of chances not going through a pick and going for steal so many times in a game, its ridiculus how his giving up so many easy score for other team. He doesn’t want to play defense. Don’t get me wrong I love Areans, but does not fit in this motion system. Sign him for contract extension and get Chauncy or Wade. Other option would be get a package deal w/ Clippers for Brand and draft picks.

Why Do people say the Grizzlies and Thunder Have a Great Future?

Yes they have young talent, but teams that are in the re-building process tend to stay in the rebuilding process because they are managed quite horribly and they are franchises that do not have enough $ to reel in very good players. The good players they get are from trades and draft picks, but no FAs and that would be bad when its a big name FA.

Like, I said they are run terriblky and just because young talkent is on the team does not mean anything. By saying that they will be good inlike 5 years people are insinuating that the veteran teams that are playoff contenders year in and out will fall into obscurity. How is that possible when RC Buford of the Spurs is the best GM in the game he knows what he needs to get if his team will be looking as if it wont make the playoffs and say what you want about Mark Cuban the owner of the Mavs he made a bad move with Kidd and Dampier, but he is responsible for good ones as well.

Like, I said teams that are always good remain good. Teams that are in the rebuilding process remain in the rebuilding process.

ys i do not make up stats and alot of people say those teams futures will be great. People say stupid things, like OJ Mayo, who is vastly overrated and Rudy Gay will be the next big duo in the future and I have seen posts that say Durant would take the Sonics to the Finals before.
