Where can I have a Terms of Use for my website created?

I don’t want to pay a lawyer. Are there any general templates out there listing the basics of a Terms of Use so that I can take the template and then customize it to my needs?

Surf a few sites that have the same subject or theme of the one you are building. Read their terms. Do NOT copy and paste ( wink wink ), but use them as inspiration to write them in your own words.

Just like anything else on the internet, you file off the numbers, give it a new paint job, and call it your own.

What should I put on this website I’m creating??????????????? PLEASE HELP?

For a school project, I want to make a website to promote Malaria awareness. I want to include causes, effects, importance, sub-saharan africa, links to other web pages, how to get involved in the helping fight malaria, precautions, advice, etc. What should I put specifically on the website? Any suggestions for the name of the website? Any suggestions in terms of the format, structure, templates for the website? I plan on using microsoft front page, but would it be easier to use a website template from online? I want it to be a solid website, as it is for a grade. I DO have background knowledge on malaria and have a written a large essay/researched about it.

Format:

Designing a website template?

Ok, I am building a website for joomla. I have a free template but im getting bored of looking at it.
I want to create my own template.
I am very familiar with HTML but I know that I need to learn CSS etc

I very much like this template..

How would I create something similar to this? Would it be a case of creating the design in photoshop and then putting it onto dreamweaver?

There is software available that helps you if you can’t do html

you just have to be sure that the website hosting company supports Frontpage

okay I have a website that does posting books for sale , and I want write terms and conditions for it .
is there any ready to use terms and condition templates that ready to use with any website maybe ?

I would print out TOC from sites similar to yours. Then take the ones that apply to what you are doing. From that you should put them together. I would also spend a few hundred dollars to have a contract attorney go over the papers. Pay them a little now, or a lot later.
